«Sutinat 25» is a cancer drug containing sunitinib. It is produced by Natco Pharma Ltd.

It is used to treat:

• kidney cancer;
• gastrointestinal stromal tumors;
• pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors.

How it works: it blocks enzymes that support the growth of cancer cells. It reduces the size of the tumor and slows its development.

Possible side effects: arm-leg syndrome, blood clotting disorders, decreased appetite, nausea, vomiting, weakness, abdominal pain, increased blood pressure, diarrhea, and stomatitis.

Contraindications: pregnancy and breastfeeding. Women of childbearing age should use reliable contraceptive methods.

Special instructions: should be used with caution in patients with high blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, liver or kidney diseases, skin conditions, or problems with the pancreas or gallbladder.

Not recommended: for children and teenagers under 18 years of age.
