«NitiB» is an anti-tumor drug based on ibrutinib.
Indications:
How it works: blocks the protein Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), which plays an important role in the growth and survival of cancer cells. By interfering with the signals needed for their reproduction, the drug causes the death of malignant cells.
Possible side effects: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, weakness, muscle and bone pain, skin rashes, bruises, mouth sores, pneumonia, fever, chills, shortness of breath, constipation, dizziness, and others.
