Mysimba is a drug for weight control in adults (18 years and older). It is used in addition to a low-calorie diet and physical activity.

Important: Misimba does not promise rapid weight loss. Its effectiveness increases when combined with physical activity and proper nutrition.

The drug is contraindicated for pregnant, planning pregnancy and lactating women.
The dosage is strictly regulated. Start with the minimum dose, gradually increasing it. The maximum daily dose is four tablets (two in the morning and evening). The tablets are taken whole, without chewing or crushing, preferably with food.
After 16 weeks of treatment, its effectiveness is evaluated. If the weight loss is less than 5% of the initial weight, the therapy is discontinued.
For patients with mild liver impairment or moderate/severe renal insufficiency, the maximum daily dose is two tablets.
