Akabrunat is an innovative drug for the treatment of cancer. The active ingredient is acalabrutinib, produced by the Indian company Natco Pharma Ltd.

It is available in the form of oral capsules. Each capsule contains 100 mg of acalabrutinib. The package contains 30 capsules: 3 blisters of 10 capsules.

The drug is intended for the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and mantle cell lymphoma in patients who have previously received therapy.

Contraindications:

• Allergy to acalabrutinib or other components of the drug.
• Severe liver failure.
• Concurrent use with strong CYP3A4 inhibitors (e.g., ketoconazole).
